Hervey Cleckley

Doctor Hervey M. Cleckley (1903 - 28 de enero de 1984) fue el pionero de la investigación sobre psicopatía.[1]

En 1941, publicó un libro llamado The Mask of Sanity: An Attempt to Clarify Some Issues About the So-Called Psychopathic Personality. Más tarde, el médico Robert Hare apareció con su Psychopathy Checklist para establecer las principales características del comportamiento psicopático. Posteriormente Cleckley coescribió (con Corbett Thigpen) The Three Faces of Eve (1956).
